Processing and Delivery Times
Orders begin processing within 3-4 business days and are handed off to USPS after completion. USPS times differ for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
If tracking your package and it indicates "Awaiting Shipment" it can mean your order has been dropped to a postal facility but not scanned in on their end as yet. for destinations within the United States. Please take int account nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) as they may impact your estimated delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your order shows as "en route" or "delivered" in the tracking system link provided to you in the order email. If you have not received your order indicated in USPS's system as "en route" or delivered" please contact USPS to inquire. Also your local post office or postal carrier may be aware of the package's whereabouts. If they have no information regarding your "en route" or "delivered" package, you can file a claim for a lost or stolen package with USPS directly.
