Sunyatta Amen is a 5th-generation Master Herbalist, rooted in Jamaican, Cuban, and Native American healing traditions. Raised in her family’s iconic Harlem health food stores—Black Pyramid and Tree of Life—Sunyatta was immersed in herbal wisdom from childhood, trained by her great-grandmothers, both revered village healers.
