Orders begin processing within 3-4 business days and are handed off to USPS after completion. USPS times differ for delivery.
Subscriptions must be skipped or cancelled 7 days or more before the next renewal date. Changes cannot be made once your subscription renewal has been processed. Any changes to a subscription, cancellations, pauses, or changes in products will take effect on your next subscription. Subscriptions must be edited by logging in to your Calabash account and to view or edit your subscriptions.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your order shows as "en route" or "delivered" in the tracking system link provided to you in the order email. If you have not received your order indicated in USPS's system as "en route" or delivered" please contact USPS to inquire. Also you local post office or postal carrier may be aware of the package's whereabouts. If they have no information regarding your "en route" or "delivered" package, you can file a claim for a lost or stolen package with USPS directly.
