💭 Why I Selected This Tea

Get My Mind Right is one of my favorite cups for focus without coffee drama. It is not caffeinated, so no jitters and no “why can I suddenly hear colors?” situation.

This is the tea I reach for when I need to gather my thoughts, finish the thing or come back to myself before the day starts handing out extra assignments.

🌿 What’s Inside

Get My Mind Right features herbs like ginkgo, gotu kola, Holy Basil, ginger, hibiscus, alfalfa and more, traditionally loved for clarity, focus and helping us feel gently gathered.

As an herbalist, I choose my words carefully because plant wisdom is powerful and powerful things deserve respect. These herbs have long histories. Daily rituals matter. What we drink matters. How we pause matters. How we tend the mind matters.
