This delicious black salt requires only a (literal) pinch to add a punch of brghteness and flavor to any dish. The granules have a sturdy coarsness that glimmers like diamond chips (for a finer grain, I suggest using a spice grinder or mortal & pestle). This salt would be great in a DIY rub, too. Delish!
