BOMBACLAAT Hot Sauce Recipe!

Yes, I said it.

I’m about to share my Jamaican grandfather’s secret hot sauce recipe with you. Why waste money on store-bought hot sauces full of unhealthy artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives? YUCK!

Spicy peppers like Scotch Bonnet aren’t just a delicious requirement for Jamaican food—they’re Indigenous wellness in a plant. They help regulate blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and even boost endorphins to chase away sadness.

This hot & sweet pepper is native to Jamaica (the island which the indigenous Taino people called Xaymaca meaning ‘Land of Wood and Water’

The Jamaican Pepper is THE ESSENTIAL flavour in savory Jamaican cuisine

As Scottish immigrants populated the island in the 1650's, the Jamaica Pepper was renamed as Scotch Bonnet due to the shape of the pepper resembling a Tam O’ Shanter hat.

And listen—this isn’t too hot. You just need to decolonize your tongue.
Let’s do it together, Tribe.

If you love Jamaican food, this hot sauce is a delectable cheat code you can use in rice, curries, Jamaican patties, and more.
